Photo and Video Consent

This consent is part of your agreement with My-SafeRide, a service of ZEO BUSINESS LLC. It is written in English; the English version is the only one that governs.

Why we take photos and record video

To prove that each child was handed over to the right person, and to protect your child, you and us if a hand-over or a ride is ever questioned.

What is recorded

• A photo at each hand-over, which may show your child and the adult who hands over or collects them. Authorized people are told so on the page where they give their agreement.
• The signature of the adult who collects your child, with the time and place of the hand-over.
• In an exceptional hand-over, a photo of the collecting person's ID.
• An in-cabin camera records video of the rides, without sound. The footage is stored on the camera's device, is never streamed live, and is reviewed only if an incident is reported or the law requires it.

Who can see them

• Our operations team and the driver, for the rides they handle.
• You, for your own family's hand-overs.
• The police or the competent authorities, only if the law requires it or your child's safety calls for it.

What we never do

• We never use these photos or videos for advertising or on social media without a separate written permission.
• We never sell them or share them for any other purpose.

How long we keep them

• Hand-over records (photos, signatures, time and place) are kept as evidence of each hand-over, in private storage that only our operations team can open.
• Video footage connected to a reported incident is kept with the incident record.
• If you delete your account, these records are archived, readable only by our operations team, until your youngest child turns 20 and for at least 7 years after the last ride, then erased.

Your choice
