Cameras on board
Every vehicle has in-cabin cameras recording each ride — for your child's safety and peace of mind.
Hand your child to the car
Please bring your child to the vehicle. The driver can't leave a child in the car to walk more than 2 m to fetch another.
Ages 5 and up
We start at age 5, with priority for children who can board on their own and speak up if needed.

Who is the driver?+
A single, vetted driver-owner operates every ride — with a Class C license, commercial insurance, liability coverage and a Live Scan background check.
How do you keep my child safe at drop-off?+
Your child is released only to someone on your verified pickup list who also presents the one-time code valid for that day. Even a stolen phone can't collect your child.
Can someone else pick up my child?+
Yes — pre-register authorized people in the app. For last-minute changes, you approve in-app with a selfie, and the driver verifies manually.
