Liability Waiver

This waiver is part of your agreement with My-SafeRide, a service of ZEO BUSINESS LLC. It is written in English; the English version is the only one that governs.

Insurance

My-SafeRide carries commercial auto and general liability insurance for the rides it operates.

Risks of road travel

You understand that road travel carries ordinary risks (traffic, weather, road works, delays caused by schools). We plan and drive with care, but cannot guarantee exact times.

What we are not responsible for

To the extent permitted by California law, we are not responsible for:

• the consequences of inaccurate or missing information you provide (identity, address, your children's medical information, authorized people, contacts);
• a hand-over made in accordance with the agreement, to the person you designated or to a validated authorized person who gave the correct code and identity;
• delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control;
• personal items left in the vehicle.

Medical emergency

In a medical emergency, you authorize us to call emergency services (911), to give them the medical information you provided, and to contact you and your emergency contacts. We do not give medication.

What this waiver does not limit

Nothing in this waiver limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, violation of law, or any liability that cannot be limited under California law. It does not limit the rights of your child.

Your commitment

You agree to cover the costs caused by false information you knowingly provide.

If a clause is invalid

If a court finds a part of this waiver invalid, the rest remains in force.
